Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While most orders arrive quickly, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
Although every effort is made to ship orders promptly, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur. If there is a significant delay with your order, Drop Society will contact you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Drop Society is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@dropsociety.co within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
