At Drop Society, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include original packaging whenever possible.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.

Clearance, final sale, and customized items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, Drop Society will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
